Terms & Condition

You (“the customer”) should read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Buying Riverside Banners product or services implies that the customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.

Turn-around Time

Riverside Banners has up to 48 hours to complete small size printing projects (under 100 square ft.). For medium to large size projects of 100+ square ft., Riverside Banners reserves the right to determine the appropriate time needed for completion of such projects and does not guarantee  a 2 day turnaround time; customers will be quoted and informed before such orders are taken.

Return Policy

All large format printing services can not be refunded. For large size orders, we suggest our clients first order a sample unit or request us to run a proof print. Our display products can be returned with-in 7 days upon receiving the actual unit. If product is not used or opened, simply ship back for a refund. If item has been opened, a 20% restocking fee is incurred by the customer. All shipping costs will be incurred by the customer and can not be refunded.

Replacements

If a unit is damaged upon arrival, please inform us with-in 7 days. You will be responsible for either shipping the unit back to us for inspection or provide pictures of the damaged product/s or both. Once we determine the validity of your claim, a replacement will then be sent to you.
